I don't know if he's a manager or just a regular teller but Dustin is absolutely fantastic he knows what he's talking about and is capable of comprehending a complicated situation and he followed up when he didn't need to. I would highly recommend going to the Scottsvilles branch and giving him as much business as possible

I have been hacked. There are 3 other people in my immediate neighborhood who have been hacked. It is taking them weeks to straighten it out. The personnel are nice but there are too few to provide necessary customer service. Wait times on the phone are unacceptable. Service got IMMEDIATELY worse when 2 "experienced bankers" bought BBT and formed Truist. They seem to be in it ONLY for the profits. I need to take my money elsewhere. I advise you to beware of them.
As someone new to town, I wanted to find a bank that could serve my family's needs and that was local. I've been in here twice now, and both times the service just made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome- like I was an annoyance. Nothing egregious, just kind of cold. I thought it might be just me, but looking at other google reviews, it appears I'm not alone. There is another bank here in town that my husband banks at and he has had a great experience!
