Absolute crap for customer service. Purchased an item with a 30 day money back guarantee, and the company refused to offer a way to return it. Disputed the charge, and Truist cancelled the dispute. To make matters worse, they can't tell me why it was cancelled. Email I received said it was due to the company refunding me the shipping. Terrible customer service. I had a terrible encounter with Truist’s main customer support number where the girl kept telling me my card was being locked and I kept requesting her to not lock the card. After our confusing conversation I decided to call the Flagler Beach branch just to confirm my account was not locked and that I could still utilize my card. The woman who answered told me she could not help me unless I came into the branch. I work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday so that is not an option for me until Friday. Which, if ... read more
