Excellent service at this location.
Worst banking experience I've ever had in my life and sadly I'm still stuck in it. It's all started about 2 weeks ago. Just to get an account started. I had to go up there three times once being told to leave and come back in 30 minutes. When I got back in 30 minutes they told me they couldn't see me that day. After some debate we got my account made. During the process the branch manager who opened my account told me my government issued ID was fake with quite a bit of attitude. It in fact was not fake. This bank is a joke you have to go into a the bank for any type of information on your account. What is the point of all the security questions and answers, to confirm its your account, if you still have to go into a brick and border location to do anything with your account
