Terrible customer service. I had a terrible encounter with Truist’s main customer support number where the girl kept telling me my card was being locked and I kept requesting her to not lock the card. After our confusing conversation I decided to call the Flagler Beach branch just to confirm my account was not locked and that I could still utilize my card. The woman who answered told me she could not help me unless I came into the branch. I work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday so that is not an option for me until Friday. Which, if ... read more

Worst banking experience I've ever had in my life and sadly I'm still stuck in it. It's all started about 2 weeks ago. Just to get an account started. I had to go up there three times once being told to leave and come back in 30 minutes. When I got back in 30 minutes they told me they couldn't see me that day. After some debate we got my account made. During the process the branch manager who opened my account told me my government issued ID was fake with quite a bit of attitude. It in fact was not fake.
