Wasnt greeted wasnt waited on and when I asked someone a question it was like I was bothering her. She started to pawn me off to the manager for a simple question.. i left
Terrible customer service. I had a terrible encounter with Truist’s main customer support number where the girl kept telling me my card was being locked and I kept requesting her to not lock the card. After our confusing conversation I decided to call the Flagler Beach branch just to confirm my account was not locked and that I could still utilize my card. The woman who answered told me she could not help me unless I came into the branch. I work 9am-5pm Monday - Friday so that is not an option for me until Friday. Which, if ... read more
