This bank is a joke you have to go into a the bank for any type of information on your account. What is the point of all the security questions and answers, to confirm its your account, if you still have to go into a brick and border location to do anything with your account
Friendly and pleasant
We were questioned like common criminals by an overzealous bank teller inside this prison of a bank.
I can't count the times I've come inside the bank and there is a line and only one teller (and I give them 5 stars, they'reoverworked and underpaid). On numerous occasions I've witnessed the manager not actively helping a client yet, she does not step in and help with the line. Poor management.
