I activated Zelle and made my first transfer. A hold was put on that Zelle I called the 800# and after 90 minutes on the phone I failed the 3rd authentication and they locked me out of my accts. Went in met with Joan in 15 minutes she dealt with the back office, everything was fixed and the payment went out. Go Joan!
Worst service ever. Was told by a cashier that I could not deposit a small 2 party check. Having more than 10 times the amount in my account. So I went to Chase and had no problem

Don't go there. First you'll be met by personal bankers who don't know what they're doing and are plain unprofessional and should really mind their own business. Melissa was putting her nose where it doesn't belong asking very personal questions that I didn't feel comfortable answering, but I still opened my account and enrolled in my promo on 7/7 to earn my 400 bonus. Truist Corporate needs to reprimand this bank cause they don’t open at 9am like it says on the door and online! I guess they open when they feel like it. Maybe then should hire a military drill instructor then they’ll be open on time!
