Don't go there. First you'll be met by personal bankers who don't know what they're doing and are plain unprofessional and should really mind their own business. Melissa was putting her nose where it doesn't belong asking very personal questions that I didn't feel comfortable answering, but I still opened my account and enrolled in my promo on 7/7 to earn my 400 bonus. Truist Corporate needs to reprimand this bank cause they don’t open at 9am like it says on the door and online! I guess they open when they feel like it. Maybe then should hire a military drill instructor then they’ll be open on time!
I was dreading having to fill out paperwork pertaining to a loan that I inherited. Since it required a notary, I showed up at the bank with the documents needed, but none of the paperwork filled out and no appointment. Melissa was fantastic. I basically dumped my paperwork on her desk and with great patience she separated what was to be copied, filled out and mailed to the loan department. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism
