Truist Corporate needs to reprimand this bank cause they don’t open at 9am like it says on the door and online! I guess they open when they feel like it. Maybe then should hire a military drill instructor then they’ll be open on time!
I was dreading having to fill out paperwork pertaining to a loan that I inherited. Since it required a notary, I showed up at the bank with the documents needed, but none of the paperwork filled out and no appointment. Melissa was fantastic. I basically dumped my paperwork on her desk and with great patience she separated what was to be copied, filled out and mailed to the loan department. I can't thank her enough for her professionalism

Forces me to get out of the car with my wheelchair and come inside as they don't answer at the drive thru... When I wheel myself in, 4 personnel(2 tellers and 2 support staff) are sitting idle doing absolutely nothing. Forcing a disabled person to come inside because you're too lazy to answer the drive-thru is unacceptable. This branch is a poor reflection of Truist.
