Tried to open a business banking account and the lady told me I didn’t have something I already had, I told her I had it and showed her she said that it wasn’t that when it was. Then go back a week later, walk in at 4pm and she said she couldn’t open my account because it takes 1 ½ hours to open a business account. 1 ½ hours!? Are you kidding me. I made an appointment on line, but for some reason, the system did not notify the bank. Even though I was met with a friendly smile by Sheila Bunn who took the time to listen to my concerns and help me navigate obtaining some very important documents for my family. Had a great experience at Truist Louisburg NC. I was acknowledged when I walked into the bank. I was early for an appointment. I met with Capri. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Super happy to be a customer here!
