This location is terrible. Bank somewhere else. They don’t speak when you pull up in the drive thru. Is almost like they dislike their job. Working with the public, you should smile and greet the customer. They don’t say thank you, welcome or anything in drive thru. I don’t know if she’s new or what, but act like you’re in customer service. I cringe when I have to go to this bank.

Tried to open a business banking account and the lady told me I didn’t have something I already had, I told her I had it and showed her she said that it wasn’t that when it was. Then go back a week later, walk in at 4pm and she said she couldn’t open my account because it takes 1 ½ hours to open a business account. 1 ½ hours!? Are you kidding me. I sure would hope not, I feel bad for the other people who wasted hours of their life going to this branch. Won’t be back. Go to the Zebulon Truist. I hope the Louisburg Truist see ... read more

I made an appointment on line, but for some reason, the system did not notify the bank. Even though I was met with a friendly smile by Sheila Bunn who took the time to listen to my concerns and help me navigate obtaining some very important documents for my family. Had a great experience at Truist Louisburg NC. I was acknowledged when I walked into the bank. I was early for an appointment. I met with Capri. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Super happy to be a customer here!
