I made an appointment on line, but for some reason, the system did not notify the bank. Even though I was met with a friendly smile by Sheila Bunn who took the time to listen to my concerns and help me navigate obtaining some very important documents for my family. Had a great experience at Truist Louisburg NC. I was acknowledged when I walked into the bank. I was early for an appointment. I met with Capri. She was extraordinarily knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. Super happy to be a customer here!
I'm old school and hate change I guess.lol ..I miss knowing all the tellers by 1st name..everyone is still polite but I just liked it better when I knew everybody there
