THIS IS THE WORST, I MEAN ABSOLUTE W O R S T B A N K EVER! Do yourself a favor and just SKIP IT! Do NOT open an account here. They hold your money for LONGER THAN THE LEGAL AMOUNT THE FEDS ALLOW. $200 is not a lot of money, however, during the middle of a hurricane IT IS! When you need to use the MONEY AND ITS YOUR MONEY AFTER THE TENTH DAY IT BECOMES AN ISSUE, A REAL ISSUE WITH ME!
Their restroom is for employees only. Feels kinda disrespectful.
The ATM took my money on 11/16/2023!! It gave me one dollar bills instead of 20 dollar bills. I have filed complaints and they reported that the ATM balanced correctly on that day. This is the same day that the bank was closed at 2:46 pm on a Thursday. They said there are no cameras to review...which is a lie. They can view everything. I am beyond LIVID and will see what other avenue I can take.
