I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kathryn and Alisha at the Platt Street location. I truly appreciate the time you both took to work with me and your patience as I sorted things out on my end.
For weeks now I cant log in to my bank app or online. It throws up errors. Suntrust nvr gave me issues with basic functions like this. People need to know how much money they have. And when you call you, you have to yell at a bot for 5mins to speak to human then wait another 10mins. Im def changing banks asap. This bank is bottom tier level.
