I am so grateful for Rachel at Truist. She took her time to explain different products and walked us through the process and even called a couple of days later to follow up. She even got us a free senior checking account. I already been using Truist prior to this and everyone is always friendly and helpful.
Local bank with great service. The property is a dump not taking care of well
They wanted $8.00 to cash a check on my mother -in-law account that she has had with them back when they were BB&T for over 20 years. I myself had a bank account with Sun Trust the other bank that BB&T merge with a few years ago and for like 3 years in a row at Christmas time my back account would come up overdrawn every Christmas time. I would take all my bank statements and what I deposited and what I spent out. Everytime they would have to put back my money that they said that I was overdraft.
