What's the point of a branch if you don't staff it adequately?
I am a new customer to Truist and this branch has the worst customer service. They speak when enter the building but that is about it. They don't follow up with their customers and act as though they are doing you a favor. The loan officers are too comfortable with performing at a low rate of service. Do better!
