What's the point of a branch if you don't staff it adequately?
I am a new customer to Truist and this branch has the worst customer service. They speak when enter the building but that is about it. They don't follow up with their customers and act as though they are doing you a favor. The loan officers are too comfortable with performing at a low rate of service. Do better!
I went to the Olney Truist to resolve a large financial discrepancy involving my accounts. Ms Merertu Atomsa was beyond spectacular. She was on the phone with Corporate for over 90 min working to resolve my problems. She was patient, friendly and very knowledgeable of my issues. I HAVE NOTHING BUT HIGH PRAISE FOR HER.!!!!!
