I have received excellent service at his location! Frank was extremely helpful as I closed accounts for my deceased father and opened new accounts for myself. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. The tellers have also been friendly and helpful.
My wife went there to get $11,000 they told her she had to wait because a certain banker to come back from lunch for that amount....I had over plenty in my bank account total at the time if they can't trust the other person at the counter how can I trust them with my money!
I had a money market account with Truistbank and they gave me a good rate between four and 5% on a monthly interest basis and just the other day without warning without telling me this could happen and it’s not in the paperwork that it could happen dropped at the .1% then when I went in there, they acted like well. This happens. My dad has been counting for 30 years and he said that he has never seen this and this is not, supposed to happen they stole my money. Do not bank here.
