The phone system at Truist is the worst!! In the last 3 months the phone system has been messed up on my account not telling me what's in pending sometimes what has not cleared!!! It's awful!!! This has happened alot lately. Never had this problem until the past several months.

Branch manager saw us walking in. He made eye contact with us never even tried to speak or say Welcome in! I only came here to cash a check, so glad this is not my regular bank! The service is poor! The tellers were awesome! Lobby also smells like a Smokey hotel room
