Branch manager saw us walking in. He made eye contact with us never even tried to speak or say Welcome in! I only came here to cash a check, so glad this is not my regular bank! The service is poor! The tellers were awesome! Lobby also smells like a Smokey hotel room
Great service
Worst customer service ever in life from a bank!! Associates walk pass and didn’t speak for and hour . Terribly racist and unprofessional staff and I will immediately close accounts!! This staff is just excited to wear casual clothes to work they obviously don’t have intent of working…as a business man I’m now refusing to cash any Truist related product including accepting their cards at my pos …any black business owners need to do the same because the don’t respect your business …this is the gray highway location Macon ga !... read more
