If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This review specifically targets an employee named Kimberly. Upon entering the bank, I was surprised by the lack of a proper greeting, especially since my previous visits had been much more welcoming. It felt as though I was completely overlooked. While I understand that Kimberly was occupied with another customer at the time, her demeanor changed dramatically once I approached her. Tried to cash a paychek check and they denied it. Do not bank with this pitiful little bank.
The bankers at this branch are clueless. The experience makes you feel like you are in a third rate bank in Mexico--not the United States.
