I genuinely hate Truist with such an immense passion. There can be good people working there, but this bank is an absolute joke.
9/10 times I go to the drive thru atm, for months now, the cash deposit is unavailable. The tap function also does not work.
I've always had good service at this branch. Today was with Monique. She was able to resolve our business banking issue quickly, satisfactory, and pleasantly. Nice to have local branch assistance from such a large national bank. Keep up the good work Treasure Coast Truist Team.
Very rude woman answered the phone today, 8/18/25 at 4:05pm today. If it wasn’t for the nice and competent people at one of the other branches, I would have closed my account because of this experience with her.
I have been attended very nice all the time, and banking for around 20 years, always I had been helped in any situation, for me, I do not have any complaints…
