Elaine and her team are fantastic! They are just the best and have been banking with them forever!
This bank is racist, lack of communication. I've watched and listened to the teller ask every white person how would they like there money back, once it got to me yes I am black the welcome was dry and she was ready to give me my money but didn't ask how I would like it. There systems acting weird so I came in here to cash a money order that is taking 30 mins two tellers and a branch manager to help with. Bayleigh is here she is the best, she solved the problem in 4 sec.
People were extremely courteous and helpful.
I have been to two Truist locations and each time I have had a surprisingly great experience. I went to them as a business customer with a history of having worked with several other banks in the past. Truist has been the most helpful, most professional, most comforting experience by far. I will be moving my personal accounts to them alongside the business. Special shout out to LaQuan, Marinda, and the other staff for being so wonderful during my walk in today!
