Terrible staff
I will be moving most of my money out of Truist after being their customer for more than 20 years, even before they were called Truist. I just showed up at this location to be told I need to pay $10 for cashiers check after doing the same in the past without any fee. To my question why teller answered it is because of the type of account you have. Keep in mind I’ve had the same account over 20 years and was able to get cashiers check on many occasions without the fee.
Decided to move the majority of my money out of truist after the customer service and lack of care for their clients recieved at this location. Nothing like having no solutions but selling me a $10 piece of paper excuse for a check instead of helping me with a one off check to pay the irs. As if a certified check is needed to pay the government. Teller had a bad attitude from the getgo.
