The business culture of this bank is the absolute worst. Customer service is definitely not a priority here. This bank is serverely understaffed with only 1 teller & the branch manager is consistently unavailable due to 1 hour long phone calls.
Today the branch manager was absolutely unprofessional. I believe her actions in the branch were completely unacceptable.
I went there this morning and this bank attendant was in rush very rude she didn’t tske her time with me plus their ATM machine don’t work for awhile so we always have to go other bank
