This bank is a joke. If you feel like you need a place to deposit your money and they make you feel like they're doing you a favor by assisting you this is your bank! Shout out to an incompetent manager as well. My money will be leaving your bank

I used the drive thru teller this morning. She did not acknowledge me and then she sent the tube back out without asking what I wanted to do with the deposit, just blindly put it into checking. Very odd.

I order checks from Truist 7.5 weeks ago and only need them to pay my rent. Went in to this branch where the teller confirmed that it shows my checks have still not been delivered. Instead of waiving the fee of $10 for a check (which another branch had previously done for me in February when I still did not have my checks) the teller and his manager insisted that I had to pay the $10 fee for a check - when it’s clearly an issue on Truist.
