I order checks from Truist 7.5 weeks ago and only need them to pay my rent. Went in to this branch where the teller confirmed that it shows my checks have still not been delivered. Instead of waiving the fee of $10 for a check (which another branch had previously done for me in February when I still did not have my checks) the teller and his manager insisted that I had to pay the $10 fee for a check - when it’s clearly an issue on Truist. Staff wouldn't intervene when an aggressive off leash dog chased me INSIDE THE BANK.

They just never get it right, ATM not working, money goes into the wrong account and two tellers working when there are six people in line. No apology, just come back tomorrow!!!
