I visited this Truist branch at approximately 3:55 PM 8.21.26 because I wanted to open a business checking account and deposit checks that I have been receiving for my business. I am already an existing Truist customer, so I came in expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. Wish I could leave 0 stars. The women working the drive through around 12:15 pm was very rude for no obvious reason. If you don’t like your job. Don’t show up to work. Needless to say. This pushed me over the top and I’m closing my account with truist that I’ve had since it used to be BB&T.
More like ZERO stars. Worst bank experience ever. They do not care about you. They will not call you back. When you schedule an appointment, they will not show up. Don’t waste your time.
