This is the only bank that I have ever encountered that will not allow you to get change unless you have an account with them. I would have thought this branch would be more community friendly especially in a small town setting.
Everyone has always been very helpful and friendly no waiting for service.
My visit was brief. I recieved all the help I needed with a smile on their face. What more can I ask for?
After banking with Truist for years (even when it was BB&T), I always had a great experience dealing with this location. Unfortunately, after moving to Danville, VA, I had terrible experiences with that location even for simply just trying to update my profile after getting married and changing my name.
