Noel Hardwick has been with Truist for 15 years. I have found her to be extremely personable since I met her at the Hobe Sound branch. She is now in Port Salerno where her professionalism has developed and matured. She has been instrumental with handling problems that I encountered with my mother being scammed. I always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She is an asset to your bank. Thank you Nicole for all you do regarding my accounts.
Customer service over the phone is horrific, I called to ask what I need to do and she just kept saying what do you want me to do. Never asked for my info so she can look at my account while I was explaining my issue
Do not come to this bank if you don't want to spend all day here. Their understaf and costumer service is horrible
I deposited a check I received from Nissan who bought back my 2024 QX60 Infinity under the lemon laws. When I went to the bank to deposit the check they told me there was no hold on my check and my funds would be available by the time I was buying the new car. I was with SunTrust since 1993 and then Truist bought them out. When I went to purchase our replacement vehicle the branch manager in Jensen Beach, FL told me the funds were being held by their corporate office for 10 days and the branch had nothing to do with it.
