This bank use to be real professional have been dealing with them a great deal but now I'm not so sure about this branch
Use the drive thru a lot. Make deposits for a church. The service is quick and Taylor is such a sweet person to deal with.

Disappointed in Truist Charles City today. Been a banking customer of Truist or a predecessor since 1983. Had a simple deposit today. Went to drive through on way to a restaurant to deposit a check and get back a little cash. Waited at window about 5 minutes and no one came even after pressing the button.
