Disappointed in Truist Charles City today. Been a banking customer of Truist or a predecessor since 1983. Had a simple deposit today. Went to drive through on way to a restaurant to deposit a check and get back a little cash. Waited at window about 5 minutes and no one came even after pressing the button. The Charles City branch is the WORST Truist I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for over 7 years when they were BB&T, The tellers are rude and disrespectful. Why must I constantly have to give them my address EVERY TIME I try to do something with MY account. No other Truist asks me anything when I go in, I always have my ID and debit card, EXCEPT the CHARLES CITY BRANCH. If I have an account and it's in good standing what difference does it make WHAT my address is!! If I could give negative stars I would!
