Shannon is the only reason this bank moves customers everyone else is useless the turn around time for a deposit is disgusting don't make plans if you need to go to these banks before hand. And ir is all the truist not just this one, I have banked at other banks and have never sat this long for a deposit in my life.
I do not know if it is the best bank, but they have all been helpful to me, so I do not understand why anyone would review them badly.
The bad reviews for the Homosassa branch surprise me. I’ve probably dealt with just about everybody who works at the branch. I opened up our account a few years ago and everyone has been so pleasant and professional every time I’ve gone in or gone through the drive-through. I can’t speak for the ATM because I haven’t used it. And comments about being annoyed at the holds that are put on those large checks are ridiculous… that’s common practice no matter where you bank.
