Today Truist Bank in Logan refused to let a friend of mine report a fraud report against AEP for taking 881 dollars out of his bank account that was not his bill and he did not authorize it. This is illegal both on AEP and the Truist Bank because the bill had the wrong name right on the bill and the person has been dead for 4 years. Reporting both.
I've been to the ATM a few times and can't withdraw cash. Seems like it's never stocked
