Very poor customer service, in the timely manner and operative
This rating is based solely on the use, or lack thereof of the ATM machine. Machine seems to be constantly out of service. The hours are not conducive to the people that work 8-12 hours per day that don't use direct deposit so rely on doing the deposit at the ATM on weekends. I've been a customer for over 25 years and am definitely considering taking this account to one of the other banks that I use.
They do not return calls. Hours are not convenient for you, just the safe that works there. Any major issues you are told to call 1800 numbers where you are left on the phone for hours with little to no results.
