The place is a train wreck. I wouldn’t trust them with Monopoly money.
I am very disgusted with the customer service there. I wanted to make a withdrawal but the person operating the drive through told me that I needed a real ID, but I had the ID on my phone. I have been a costumer for 15 years and have never been treated this way. I have showed them a picture of my ID on my phone on many occasions. The lady then proceeded to tell me in a very rude way that the police station was near the bank. I am very disappointed and disgusted at the way this bank would treat its customers.
Tried to deposit cash into business banking account today and they would not accept it without my ID very unacceptable I have not had this issue before
Possibly worst bank ever, messed up a simple personal loan for my wife by not activating the auto deduction and put loan name for me not her. Won't return any calls or emails, loan officer is always absent.
