Ever since they merged with SunTrust and BB&T their customer service has gone to hell. I am pulling all my accounts from them. They will charge service fees for no reason and it takes forever to get someone on the phone and when you do you never talk to a person with english as their first language.

They are horrible
They are always helpful and very friendly enjoy banking at the Onley Branch as well
