Closed my secured credit account. They told me it would be transferred to my Atlantic union account. It was put into a savings account. Lie. Then I called again, Was told it would be mailed to me. Lie. 15 days later, I called again and was told my account was put in as "Dormant". Hopefully this call I'll get my money back. Rediculous! Seems that no one in the call centers, including managers I've spoken with, know what is going on. Some of the worst service I've ever received. It's a bank. They're pretty much all the same. Great customer service. ATM.
Says ATM is on but there’s no cash in it. So….the ATM isn’t on? It’s a bank, how is there no cash in the atm. Shore work ethic at its finest.
