It’s ok, some people there are really nice but this one older lady was pretty rude. Wasn’t friendly and didn’t even smile, just made you feel like you did something wrong when all I did was ask a question.
Make up their own rules, delay deposits, and have these WILD policies about new accounts.. hard pass from me, Credit Unions are the way to go, avoid this bank at all costs.
I have banked here for years and the staff is awesome, helpful and friendly.
