Worst bank of all time. I have a car loan that was for x amount of months at x amount of dollars. (Contract loan through Honda) it was over in June. Truist sends me a bill for $820 and no one in customer service, corporate, or a bank branch location can tell me what for. BBB is my next call.
Do not do business with this bank. I have a loan with them and when I make additional principal payments to my monthly payment the bank applies the payment to future monthly loan payments. I've called them 10 times for doing this and the repeatedly just keep doing this. They are crooked and do not act in good faith.. Do not use them for your financial services..
Nicole is one of the best tellers that I have ever dealt with. Courteous., professional and friendly
Truist sucks with Zelle, it is not instantaneous as the other banks are.
