We do not have a bank machine in our town. They took it out & never replaced it!
It sucks!
This is a great bank. If you're anywhere away from a bank it's easier to transfer everything to a new account than try and use them. They've been bought out twice in the six years I've had an account. Again and again they're horrible to work with, on call help doesn't know what they're doing. They couldn't even update my address correctly. When I moved out of state and lost my card, I tried to get a new one. When I called to see where it was since I didn't receive it, they charged me for a new one and sent that. I had to cal... read more
