If you want terrible customer service, and like talking AI bots, people in India, and getting a new debit card every few months because of fraudulent activity. This is the bank for you.
We needed a lease with Southwestern Energy notarized. The bank refused to do it for two reasons: 1. This was not bank related 2. The lease needed witnesses plus a notary. They don’t witness documents. First I would like to say a notary is a witness and second, where do you think that money from the lease is going. In this bank. But I’ve changed my mind. The money will go to another bank. Terrible service.
I needed to get a document notarized for college at the last minute. The manager, Ms. Bullins, made time for me and helped me meet my deadline by notarizing my document on short notice. This is just one more reason we use Truist Bank.
