TLDR: DON’T deposit cash at this banks ATM; other locations have bad service too. It’s so crazy that the ATM issue with cash being stolen was not resolved between the time it happened to me and the time it happened to someone else on this review. Extremely unprofessional behavior when it happened me. The lady had no idea what she was doing and when I pressed further she stopped giving me answers. I now understand why this location has such a low rating. I called asking for help with my account and they were so rude and unprofessional!! I will be banking with someone else.
I drove over 2 hours from my home to get there because it's the only one in Indiana before I came I called and asked if they would be able to do what I was asking which was to cash a check that was written on their Bank account I have power of attorney for my fiance as he is incarcerated at the time and couldn't do it himself and I got there and they wouldn't let me do it so that they couldn't and I wasted my whole time there they had no bank manager for me to contact they said I'd have to go another 30 to 40 minutes into an... read more
UPDATE: Deposited cash into ATM. The machine errored out and kept my money. Called Truist to initiate a claim and they said 5 business days. In this economy who has days to wait on money? Bills don't care. This bank is getting worse. DONT DEPOSIT CASH IN ATM!!! Will update once they settle. Looking for another bank, only use this one because of convenience.
Don't do a mortgage though this bank not nesscarly this local office. the main office.
