Tellers are nice enough but they aren’t able to do anything beyond very strict and somewhat arbitrary rules. A big bank with a big bank attitude, go with a local credit union where fees are lower, overdraft forgiveness is a thing, and foreign atm fees are returned. BB&T would never do that because they are out to get your money, not help you become and remain financially stable.
Great experience for banking. Tellers are all personable and know you by name.
Fraud. These people cost me over $900 and couldn't produce proof of where any of my money went. Crooked business.
