Absolutely a nightmare bank to deal with. We opened an account and deposited a check from a local bank. Truist flagged the check as fraudulent, did not notify us and when I called to ask why check is not been released, they stated it would be held for 10 days and released. At the same time, they locked the entire account so we could not withdraw or deposit any funds. After 10 days, they closed our account without notifying us again. Customer support in the branch was also unhelpful and basically just shrugged it off as fraud... read more
I hate truest Bank
They held my check for 5000.00 for 10 days and it cleared 2 days after deposit and held for the whole 10 days. I wouldn't recommend this bank ever. I have reported them to the banking commission and the FDIC. They will rip you faster than you can blink.
Jeremy Forer was so nice to us and assisted us in opening a business checking account. He was super informative and very friendly! He explained everything and taught us so much. 10/10 experience because of him.
