This bank is great for young people who are new to banking and might not understand everything yet. Every question I've had has been answered quickly with a short phone call. Jeremy is amazing at explaining things and the whole team are always super helpful. Plus, their app is easy to use and works really well.
Very disappointed with truist. They will no longer send a fax for you. They also no longer do notary. Had to go to UPS and pay $15 for a notary. Will be pulling all of my 3 accounts out of truist !
The drive thru employees are always fast, friendly, and eager to help. I never have any problems and I enjoy using this branch. I also use the ATM and have had only positive experiences.
