Ben and his team seriously lack customer service skills and seem completely out of touch. This branch would be more useful as extra parking for Chick-fil-A. Save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 30 minutes to another Truist branch instead of wasting your time here.
Literally in line right now and one of the tellers at the drive up window has just been chatting and talking with other employees while one lady is working the in store window by her self. Come on truist.
The tellers at times can be touch over friendly customers. But, I guess it makes customers feel wanted. But, eats into other customers' time. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience at this bank. The staff, other than tellers, was super helpful.
I'm impressed with Truist. They are helpful, accessible, not long wait, efficient and professional. This branch has helped me solve a problem a couple times, including getting foreign currency deposited quickly.
Poor service you have a mgts come at you for no reason when you tell them that there employee stolen your deposit and you gave the 128.00 to them and gave you a bank paper and wrote it out the amount. That I gave him in cash.not by the machine by his hand and still have not gotten my money yet.younger Spanish man with tattoos on the arm . And fired him before I could get my money .
