Poor service you have a mgts come at you for no reason when you tell them that there employee stolen your deposit and you gave the 128.00 to them and gave you a bank paper and wrote it out the amount. That I gave him in cash.not by the machine by his hand and still have not gotten my money yet.younger Spanish man with tattoos on the arm . And fired him before I could get my money .
Great bank and friendly staff. Quick service. Online banking is super easy to use.
Truist Bank is the WORST!!! They don't answer the phone at the branch or the national number...EVER!
