Cant wait to close my account…they stunk as bbt in waynesville (took 7 weeks to deny an investment property loan, lost out on deal while waiting even after several calls and in person visits) Now in sylva all google searches show address on Grindstaff…it’s an empty building, all phone calls go to automated voice messages…it offers the “new” number but you get same voice prompts. Tried calling the waynesville branch…same. What a way to do business.
I had an issue with QuadPay charging me 4 times and they take 2 days to refund, but what was worse was watching the bank restack transactions, and then remove transactions, and even remove 2 sentences in their normal emails in response. I emailed manager and heard nothing back but watched as she took the sentence that I have 7 days BEFORE a fee would be charged out of the next overdraft fee.
