We love BB&T bank! However i opened my account at a different location am it's changed named 12 times in 5 years so it's annoying. But we live banking with them!

If I could give no stars I would. The employees are incompetent. Once I went to take out a savings and I was so rudely “greeted” almost like I was there to bother the clerk so I just grabbed my paperwork and walked out. These people act like you owe them something, very unprofessional.
My experiences with BB&T lately have been horrific (company based as well as personal experience). All but two of the employees there treat everyone as though you work for them. Months back I was in the beginnings of buying a home, the individual responsible for home loans was extremely unpleasant, she even tried to deter me from getting the type of home loan I was interested in and claimed they didn’t offer USDA, which they do and she wouldn’t even return my calls or emails.
