Suntrust was great. Since they merged with BB&T they've become the worst. I'd rather left Wells Fargo screw me over than get locked out of my account every other week.
i dont think there are as good with customers compared to other banks where people have to give them their license showing their address i went to the atm 1 time withdrew 40 it only gave me 20 when i checked in to get the money back they said i had to go through a lot of process to get it back so they take your money if you dont know exactly how to go through the process if this bank take enough money like that they are going to give that money back
