Be Careful when you open a Money Market Account at TRUIST Bank. They seem to be offering a bait and switch product, so be careful! as they recently dropped my rate to 1.5% until I saw it and asked about it and then they raised it to their current rate of 3.4%. !
Terrible location. Asked to wait 50 minutes to set up a business account. Avoid at all costs

Bad experience with this bank! I got an account back in December to try them out. I didn't like some things about the processing times and decided I wanted to close my account. To that end, I went to do an ACH and found they charge a $3 fee. Ridiculous. I then attempted to do a zelle transfer of the funds in the Truist to another of my accounts at a different bank and they threw up a fraud alert with a phone number to call.
