Tried to print my tax account form but they stated that they could not print it and I would have to call in to receive my form. I don't understand why they can't print it. I have my account number and other information. Account is paid off this past January so they closed the account online. This is dumb.
I have been looking for a new bank to entrust with my finances. However, when it comes to building a relationship with a new bank, I like to trial out the account first before I start just opening extra accounts. In addition, I like to share minimal information until I feel comfortable. I can say that, my first interaction with this branch was off to a rough start. Beware. Don't bank on them. Avoid this bank at all costs. No service at all. Wrong commitments, misrepresentations, and retracting statements made. Unscrupulous people. Mr Vincent comes across very rude and insensitive. Staff here dont know diff between citizenship and residency. Show no interest in opening genuine accounts.
This location always that I come they give bad service and they never help me as a banker they are people that discriminate me and other for our stereotype
Every time we came for deposit always take half and hour time service is very poor
