Truist sucks because they are "woke". They stand for anything that's wrong. If you like the place, then You suck too. Have a beautiful day.
This is not a reflection on the branch, but a HUGE complaint about the parent company. The customer service over the phone is ATROCIOUS. I have had 3 separate occasions of fraudulent transactions since it’s become Truist. Every time I call I have to give all my personal information to at least two different people who mangle the English language. I’ve spent hours on the phone in the last year trying to get my money right. I am absolutely insulted with the way I am treated as a customer.
