One banker and a branch leader who's doing nothing. Extremely long wait.
It's been great not having to wait, any problems are addressed and taken care of in a quick manner, no looking lines inside/outside, and of course I had to add the big tree with flowing moss because I love being outside and truly am taken by nature... (*＾3＾)/～♡ (^‿^)
The ladies that work there have been extremely helpful to me after moving to this state recently. I have had nothing but good interactions and experiences Everytime I have called or come into the bank. Very pleased with BB&T.
3rd Friday in a row w 1 drive thru lane open. Currently 10 cars in line .McDonald's has better customer service than this branch. I wish I could give them zero stars.
Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru for a Teller. When she finally came I asked if there was only one Teller working. She said no they're two. Why wasn't one working the drive thru??? She didn't even apologise for me having to wait! Maybe it's time I find another Bank that has better service.
