Our experience with Tania was awful. I recently had a very disappointing experience with this bank while applying for a loan. The entire process was frustrating, slow, and lacked transparency from start to finish. First, the communication was extremely poor. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates on my application, and even then, the responses were vague and unhelpful. My experience getting documents notarized here was excellent. Staff were courteous over the phone and addressed all questions. In-person, Zey promptly attended to me and had a good sense of what he was doing. Would highly recommend him.
They do not have enough staff. Expect extremely long wait times.
Avoid this branch at all costs. It takes over 30 minutes to make a simple deposit that takes less then 5 minutes at another branch. This is not a 1 time issue! It is every single time! If you got free time to wait, have at it. Otherwise the branch in south village and on van dyke are much better.
