Some dude just called me 935 am when my appointment scheduled for 1pm. Calling talking loud and rude on the phone. Asking a dumb question. Last name William or something like that. Very unprofessional. I’m glad I’m not close to a branch. I do not want to bank somewhere like that. Not sure which branch it is but it’s a jersey number. So I’ll leave this on all of the branches reviews.

This Truist location is a Poorly managed branch: lack of competent staff, inconvenient banking hours, and the ATM is frequently out of order. On two occasions I was inconvenienced because the teller was not knowledgeable enough to assist me. And once I was given an improper count of money.
