Very poorly managed branch they act as tho its there money after 100s of questions not one of which being my ssn they still couldn’t verify my identity there hard to understand and the bankers room has two bankers so not ideal for privately conducteding transactions seems to be a family of irains n charge which makes sense about the money thing!
I complained once.Now the bank teller named Trunal Patel won't let me forget it. Every Friday for the last 5 or 6 weeks he has had something to say to me. Not very polite of him to treat customers that way. I even asked him today why he busts my chops so much? He told me it's because I complained. Sorry I asked them to cash my check, so I can deposit cash in my account. I need it readily available. Simple instructions that they didn't follow when asked. So i complained. The staff are very friendly, however the ATM Truist uses needs to be changed. I have had issues multiple times, ATM is out order, the most recent was on 7/8/23, went to withdraw $600, went thru the whole process, pin#, etc., waiting for my $ to disburse, then an error comes up stating the "ATM is experiencing issues, transaction can't be completed at this time". The kicker is, it was d3ducted from my checking account, pending status. I go into Truist Bank to advise, one of the tellers said I'll need to wait until it's cleare... read more
