I would like to file a complaint regarding my experience at the Truist branch in Roebling, New Jersey. I visited the branch to make a withdrawal and presented my valid government-issued ID and my Truist debit card. Despite providing both forms of identification, the employee gave me an unnecessarily difficult time completing my transaction. She questioned my identity in a way that felt excessive and spoke to me in a harsh, disrespectful tone, making me feel as though she did not believe I was the account holder. I'm always treated efficiently and respectfully.
Some dude just called me 935 am when my appointment scheduled for 1pm. Calling talking loud and rude on the phone. Asking a dumb question. Last name William or something like that. Very unprofessional. I’m glad I’m not close to a branch. I do not want to bank somewhere like that. Not sure which branch it is but it’s a jersey number. So I’ll leave this on all of the branches reviews.
Had a great banking experience there today
Never had a problem going there, always nice.
