My mom and I already have accounts with Truist and love how great and helpful. But today, we are setting up an account for my grandparents. Upon arrival my grandmother needed the restroom but we were unaware their restrooms were locked/not for public. One of the bankers noticed when he was leaving, and when mom said “we’ll need to leave” he was kind enough to unlock it and let her use the restroom.
