Let me start by saying that Stormy and Dyan are always amazing and hustling to take care of customers! My issue with this location is the wait time. There is always a line unless both Stormy and Dyan are working. If one of them is out for the day, your wait will be well over 30-40 minutes before being assisted. The other workers will be standing there and not even bother to help, walking away regardless of how long the line is. 5 stars for the staff -Stormy, Dyan and Frankee are amazing and are always hustling to take care of customers!! They are truly kind hearted and you can tell they care about who they are helping and what they are doing. Biggest complaint is wait time, there is always a line and sometimes it’s only 1 person working the line. Between inside customers and drive thru, there are times I’ve waited for well over 35-40 minutes before being assisted . Stormy is amazing - I hope this branch holds on to her!! She is always so kind even when the line of customers may be overwhelming. You can tell she genuinely cares about each guest she is helping- she never fails to ask me how my day is going or give words or encouragement. I can always count on her to work diligently and efficiently to get me on my way back to work. She’s a one of kind bank teller!!
