Zero stars do not recommend. It was a decent bank before Truist took over and transferred employees to another branch. There's a couple good employees left. However the new manager Martha has no clue what customer service is. My husband has been banking there for decades. We'll be moving our accounts to another bank.

If I could rate with less than one star I would. I have a couple of accounts with my wife and the so called supervisor Martha Montalvo has made banking with Truist a real issue, I am disabled and she just will not let my wife deposit nor cash my checks when we have accounts together and then she would insist on me signing when It is not possible for me to write at all due to my disabilities. She has been hateful and every time she sees my wife she just does not want to help her. Last time I visited this branch was on October... read more
