Other than Lori being absolutely amazing and a great help, I will never be banking with Truist ever again. They hold on to your checks for weeks with no explanation, and with my sisters checks too! I got paid 2 week ago and still haven’t been able to use any of it. This is my second time using Truist/BB&T and i’ve hated both times. honestly the worst bank i’ve ever used.
The inside staff customer service are always professional and quite helpful.
This spot is a must visit Thomas and his team are great people they do what they can to help their customers , customers also need to remember that if they can't help is due to they need to follow protocol as well as their bosses is not personal is business. Great job y'all keep rocking.
