TRUIST is HORRIBLE!!!! I have had an account for more than 12 years. I have a CD for a sizeable amount (at least to me). The grace at maturity is one week. Letter says to call the branch, but the branch NEVER answers its phone. The renewal rate = .01%!!!! Over 17 calls to the branch + 22+ minutes and counting with the main customer service #, and still cannot get my money! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save yourself, abandon this INCOMPETENT INSTITUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once I'm done with my loan ill never do business here again. My wife can't even pay my payment with cash
