Is every Truist this slow nowadays? Literally almost every time, I am waiting at least 20 minutes through the drive thru…
I've banked here since it was BB&T but ever since they changed to Truist their wait time at the drive thru has gotten progressively worse. You would think that on a holiday weekend they would have more than one teller working the drive thru. 3-4 cars in each lane and not even 11am.
Literally the worst customer service I’ve seen when it comes to Truist banks. I started my account in Warrenton, Va., with no problems. I have 3 accounts and like to deposit my check, in different increments, into all three. Had no problem doing this in the Warrenton location. I started using the Gainesville location because it’s close to my work. They did check split for me 2-3 times and then told me they weren’t allowed to do it anymore, even though I had enough money to cover the entire check in my accounts. Went back to ... read more
I was visiting this location today , very disappointed Dawn Campbell didn’t heard me or misunderstood Said shocking words not even apologies, didn’t give me a copy of the document that I needed, for my record. Hopefully my account is safe . Never will go there again.
