I have had to call Truist several times from the Midwest. Each call has been a true struggle, starting with an automated voice routing system that will get you nowhere without extensive prodding, especially if you don’t have an existing account number. Several representatives and several supervisors have been unable to help me do a simple task of releasing a lien electronically that was paid in full over ten years ago. Eliana Rachel Hispanic girl at the front who JUST started needs to have her attitude re-evaluated she was blowing her breath and shaking her head as she was counting my money. Been going here for months never had a problem. Will never go back here since I’m annoying WORKERS who came to work to do their job. Everyone else is great tho.
I would give Truist a 0 if possible. I have banked with Truist when it was BB& T. I have enjoyed my relationship with them up until 4 months ago. My husband and I were about to embark on a trip when a scam artist bought Target. Disney gift cards from our bank accounts. We were headed to Boston, not Disney World. My husband’s bank immediately refunded the $1,000 taken from his account. Truist said I had shopped with Target before and would not honor my complaint. I'm leaving this review specifically for Shayla. I'd called late last week with a few questions regarding a loan, and was met with the comforting exchange I needed. Shayla was not only patient, but did a fantastic job at providing me with the right information, having double checked a few times before giving me just any answer.
