He told her he wasn't there for a check but a withdrawal. She then said that was their withdrawal slip for him to sign. He gets the money, but inquire about a savings acct. I have had to call Truist several times from the Midwest. Each call has been a true struggle, starting with an automated voice routing system that will get you nowhere without extensive prodding, especially if you don’t have an existing account number. Several representatives and several supervisors have been unable to help me do a simple task of releasing a lien electronically that was paid in full over ten years ago. This bank is NOT about customer service and they are quick to brush the task off to another member or divis... read more
