Had a really good experience here with the general manager I forget her name he was wonderful she was on vacation the week after for Thanksgiving but she helped me look into an issue I had with a zelle payment to one of my employees. Truist at 9200 South Tryon are scammers. My husband & I went inside to do a withdrawal. The hispanic lady prints something that look like a check and told him to sign it. He told her he wasn't there for a check but a withdrawal. She then said that was their withdrawal slip for him to sign. He gets the money, but inquire about a savings acct. She informed him he could wait on one lady doing the whole branch, or call the # on the back of the card. We went outside & called the #. Once transferred my husband informed the rep he ... read more
