I opened an account bank 20 years ago this past November. It's when it was still BB& T. Over the past two decades I have had several accounts and loans. Today, I was refused service at the counter. This was after standing in line for 15 minutes. The teller was incredibly rude, and told me that they were unable to deposit money into my account without a debit card, even though I have a valid form of ID, and am the primary owner on the account.
