Not a branch review but bank review. Truist is awful. Not for savers or investors. OK for broke and poor Americans who can make Truist rich via fees.
Extremely short staffed, never answered the phone. Took more than an hour to do business inside the branch
Truist dropped my homeowners insurance when they took over my mortgage from Sun Trust.
Can a bank get any worse? I really want to change banks but such a hassle. I repeatedly come up here to get basic services done (renew CDs, etc) and they only have one person working (if lucky) and you wait forever or just give up. Just horrible. Stay away.
