Truist dropped my homeowners insurance when they took over my mortgage from Sun Trust.
Can a bank get any worse? I really want to change banks but such a hassle. I repeatedly come up here to get basic services done (renew CDs, etc) and they only have one person working (if lucky) and you wait forever or just give up. Just horrible. Stay away.
I use their ATM from time to time. It is very convenient and accessible from Richmond Hwy.
Bank is empty no one is there to help. Shut it down please
