Bank is empty no one is there to help. Shut it down please
The branch through no fault of their own is understaffed. Corporate or regional management should provide additional resources to this branch as it’s full every Saturday. This morning I went and was turned away for 2/3 the three services I requested because of “short staff” after waiting in line 20 minutes. I understand being short staffed however, the local branch should make customers aware of such policies before they wait for 20 minutes.
I’ve been stuck there for three hours for no benefit
We all know all banks are the devil but this one might be the worst of the bunch. The wait times are ridiculous and the financial advisor needs to learn how to keep his voice down. I could hear him from the foyer discussing what sounded like sensitive information regarding estate planning, in a very callous manner as well.
